-Everyone is micromanaged -Most have their managers in the same cubicle with them -Since everyone is micromanaged, power goes to manager’s heads and they control everything you do. You have no independence -If they like you, the rules do not apply to you -If they like you, you can work from home, otherwise you cannot -You are not allowed to eat at your desk and you cannot have both headphones in... -During the interview I was told the company was laid back and nothing about it is -You don’t get sick days There is nothing good about this company.

Co-workers are great. The quarterly bonuses are positive. Paid holidays.

Cons

The company was great in 2017-2018, however management has changed. The micromanaging and petty day to day foolishness effects employee morale. If you have to micromanage that means it's not the people its the manager. NO ONE LIKES TO BE MICROMANAGED. NO ONE! SO STOP!!! PAUL IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS PLEASE DEVELOP A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR YOUR SUPERVISORS/DIRECTORS/MANAGERS BEFORE THE PROMOTION. People can't snack in the area they work in, can't listen to music/have one earbud in, can't wear sandals. It's foolishness. Stop wondering why your turnover rate is high and start looking at upper management.
