Overall the employees were kind and easy to get along with.

Cons

Upper and middle management at this company seem to be very far removed from the day-to-day challenges that their employees and counter. Most solutions offered ended up being farcical, Band-Aids solutions. Seemingly no chance of growing with the company.

Pay is great. Coworkers are cool.

Cons

Pharmacists are lazy and unorganized. They spend many hours on the computers meanwhile there’s a whole lot of stuff to be checked in the pharmacy area on most to try and get them delivered on time. Also, they don’t double count/check medications to see if they’re 100% right. So if anything goes wrong, you the pharmacy technician and you alone are held responsible. Pharmacists aren’t held responsible in anyway and apparently from what I heard this particular branch has had a history of lazy pharmacists/managers. They could care less about their staff or patient care. Only thing these pharmacists care about are saving their necks, not their employees.

Onco360 is a company that cares about its employees and the patients they serve. It is refreshing to hear the leaders, managers, and employees talk about the patient experience before talking about gross profit and revenue. Working for Onco360 is a rewarding experience. I feel in my job, I make a difference.

Cons

We should proactively hire technicians instead of waiting until we have the need.
