      They do not promote from within! No opportunity for advancement.

      Money is good if you hit bonus. Benefits below average

      Cons

      Was told on company wide call by AVP for anyone interested to apply for open management positions bc they “like to promote from within.” That’s a joke! All 3 open positions were outside hires.

      Worst company ever!

      Field sales, immediate manager was the best, accounts and patients.

      Cons

      CRO is a joke, AVPs are puppets, all three African Americans in the Western USA have been fired or left go before termination over past 6 months.

      This company is a 9 to 5 job Monday through Friday.

      Cons

      Many. The biggest con is the upper and middle management. A big example is all of the fake reviews below that they made us write with potential repercussions if we did not. You can tell by the short date span and glowing reviews how fake they are. The shows the integrity of this company.

We want constructive feedback and we want to be a great employer. A lot of companies ask their employees to write reviews. Who better to tell the company story then the employees? This is in no way an integrity issue. No one was made to write a review and there would not be any repercussions for participating or not participating. So often in life we hear about the negative and we wanted to share the positive things we do….employee incentive bonuses, work from home options, great shift times, overtime (if wanted), and helping people every day. Onco360’s employees do great work for our patients and we want to be a great employer for our employees. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us.
