Management hides everything & gaslights the employees who bring up any issues, ask questions or disagree with the absurd amount of work they expect you to complete in between countless unnecessary meetings to make them feel like they do something here. Passive aggressive behavior is noticed by all - even the ones too afraid to speak up. Once you are a target, they do everything in the hopes that you just quit so they can keep your earned bonuses - bonuses paid out 60 days later & "not eligible" if you are not in "good standing" or leave before they are scheduled to hit your bank account.

“Leadership” is an echo chamber of yes people. Anyone that has a different opinion is targeted. They have no idea how to lead other than putting people on a plan, regardless of their performance. They claim to be transparent, saying one thing while doing another. Because the money is good when you are performing, they expect you to tolerate their abuse.
