Pros
I currently have a great manager, however in my 2+ years that has not always been the case. In sales your manager is your job. That being said it is not my place to criticize others who have not had a positive experience. People are dedicated. Access to many treatment options for cancer. Now publicly Traded.
Cons
No management training so a lot of discrepancy. There is a lot of shake up. Loss in Mid Management and in sales. Hopefully change will come to a good outcome. It is needed. Opportunities to grow are scarce. That is slowly changing. Raises (1% for top performer) is disappointing. Same Insurance 2nd year in a row is terrible . Time will tell
