Pros

Dedicated employees. Lots of talented and good people work at Onco360. The pharmacy has a good workflow and gets the medications in the patients hands in a timely manner.

Cons

Directives constantly changing. Territories are unique but every region treated the same with regard to goals. Jobs are held hostage based on one drug and all territories have the same goal. The company is quick to put employees on performance improvement plans. Benefits are terrible. Management is not very encouraging. Salaries are on the very low end of industry standards. Annual raises are a joke. Commision plans are highly unattainable.

Pros

Remote. That's about it. But if you don't meet their metrics you stay in the office - which is located in the worst spot imaginable lol. Met some nice people but honestly I've met nicer at Taco Bell so is that even really a pro to be counted here.

Cons

-Micromanagement -Bad management -Metrics that make little sense -Hidden metrics -Fear tactics to encourage better performance, man what a joke lol. -Crappy system - so faulty -You don't feel like a CPhT here, just another corporate slave and the only thing that matters to them about you are your numbers. -Worthless insurance benefits -They don't reimburse you (like majority of other companies I've worked for) for license/cert. renewal -PTO is a joke -Worst supervisor I've ever had; not prompt in answering questions and sometimes didn't even answer them lol, but was encouraged to ask as many questions as possible (since training is worthless yet they act like it's amazing)
