I'm a part of the company sponsored soccer team and I've never heard of a company that would sponsor and support their employees playing a sport they love. They are also very DEI friendly and supportive

Cons

A lot of moving parts within the organization can create a lot of miscommunication

Working for a progressive company like Oncourse, we find new ways to improve or go above & beyond. For example, Oncourse recently implemented its very first company sponsored soccer team. I don't know about you, but no other company I've worked for has had an opportunity quite like this! Just another reason why this is such a great place to work. Work hard, play harder!
