I love working here. Everyone has been super nice. The culture is unmatched! The groups you can join here are super inclusive and cover so many demographics. The benefits are great. Hybrid working is also a huge perk. It is nice to work for a company that cares about their employees. There is solid proof of upward movement with in the company. Oncourse is in growth mode and is a fantastic place to work for someone who is hungry to grow and learn. I would and HAVE recommended someone to work at Oncourse.

Cons

I haven't found any cons. The only feedback I would give is that sometimes getting applications approved for use is a bit slow with IT.

It is a family oriented and diverse workplace everyone is very welcoming. Communication is well. Managers are always here when you need them and assist with what we need to do to succeed and improve our goals that are required.
