I enjoy working at OnCourse home solutions. The Managers and Supervisors are very helpful and caring. There is a lot of Growth Opportunities here at OnCourse home solutions . The job is very diverse, the CEO is down to earth. I work in sales so I have more money to feed my family. The benefits are excellent.

Cons

I really have no cons at this point.

Nice buildin fairly quiet Has onsite cafeteria Some great people

Cons

Class system. Work environment is the worse hiding behind fake values Executive management team treats junior level employees like morons Inexperienced Groupon friends everywhere Place is a joke cause they try to act like they have stuff together If you are thinking about working here stay away

- There’s opportunity to make good money - Naperville is a nice area - There’s opportunity to improve outdated processes

Cons

- Leadership is largely dishonest from my dealings with them - There’s too much infighting among certain teams (Groupon vs Others) - Certain individuals are more interested in themselves more than the customers
