The company takes legal and compliance seriously and values inputs from all stakeholders. The CEO and leadership team value initiative, creativity and pace. The company has an inviting and diverse culture where you can be yourself and push the envelope to improve processes and business outcomes.

Cons

There are not many cons in this company. The main HQ is located in Naperville, IL. This can be a work hard and play hard environment. There are frequent town halls, bonding events and opportunities, and easy access to management. An industrious, creative, ethical person can do well here, make good work colleagues, feel included, and make a positive impact.

The people are down to earth, collaborative, and always willing to step in and help.
