Pros

Generous PTO for leaders, which supports work-life balance and helps prevent burnout. Convenient location with easy access to major expressways, making commuting by car relatively stress-free. The company genuinely values diversity groups and makes an effort to be inclusive. Overall positive, “feel-good” company culture where people generally want to help one another. Smaller organization with a local, mom-and-pop feel, which can make it easier to build relationships and feel connected to leadership.

Cons

At times, the company feels like it’s still in a startup phase, with limited structure and standardization across teams. Many leaders are relatively new (less than two years in role), which can lead to shifting priorities and growing pains. A lack of documented processes means leaders often rely on tribal knowledge, which can make onboarding and consistency more challenging.
