      Was once great but is now terrible

      Pros

      Manager level and below is full of truly wonderful, collaborative and hard working people.

      Cons

      Leadership has no problem expecting everyone to work 50+ hours a week as the norm and even more when there is a key initiative. There is never any downtime, and the entire culture is toxic.

      Pros

      Poor Management, especially the CIO. It seems like lack of experience and really zero management exp, cannot make the IT department and work any better.

      Cons

      Poor CIO with zero exp in the role. No work life balance. No scope for women and anyone to grow. Expectation are not realistic.

      Pros

      Remote work for my position and decent pay, and most of my peers were great.

      Cons

      Jonathan Matson hired me, then found someone ended he would have preferred. The logical course of action is to provide me with no training and complain that I'm not doing my job to standards. 0 communication and the entire staff is scared of talking to him for anything out of fear of retaliation. When I expressed concern. I was terminated, and HR only helped him get what he wanted without risk of lawsuit.
