A Company That Cares

Pros

Collaborative groups, Career Growth, Access to Executive leadership. In addition to all of this I have personally experienced our value of Empathetic from my coworker and leaders when I had an unfortunate turn of events while on a business trip I wanted to share on how OHS really expresses empathy for their employees. During a business trip I became extremely ill during the flight, the co-workers I was traveling with was highly concerned with my health including ensuring I was receiving proper attention on the flight (16 hours)and had medical attention when we landed. I remained ill during the visit, but my co-workers ensured I was comfortable and safe as I had to visit medical facilities during my travels. The co-workers contacted the leaders stateside to let everyone know of my situation and the outpour of concern and care of my wellbeing was amazing. Oncourse made sure my trip back was very comfortable because of my illness this included an earlier return flight with the ability to lay down because that was the only way I could travel. When I returned to work the continued outpouring of concern and love was amazing. While I can brag about all of the other things Oncourse brings to the table to be a great place to work the people is what really makes the difference from any other company.

Improve communication to keep up with the pace.

- A strong sense of community that supports growth and success regardless of title and/or seniority -Amazing benefits that start fast and cover more than expected - Leadership that exudes transparency and honesty - HR Leadership Team that has continued to go above and beyond not just for their team, but for the well being of everyone in the company

Cons

- Brand awareness could be stronger, thankfully this is something being actively worked on thanks to community outreach and career fair events - Continued growth and success can also mean consistently shifting priorities
