The 2025 President's Club trip was an incredible experience. It was rewarding to be recognized for my hard work alongside my colleagues and leadership. The CEO and CPDO made everyone feel appreciated, creating an enjoyable atmosphere filled with laughter and camaraderie. Working together towards a common goal truly is the most fulfilling experience.

Offer more training for sales professionals - newly hired and currently employed.

Pros

The company is doing well and, year over year, has grown in all the important ways. Diverse representation has improved over the last couple of years and there is an ongoing commitment to create space for people from all backgrounds and diverse representations to succeed. In all of my years with the organization, we've never had a program like the President's Club where employees doing an amazing job can be celebrated with an all-expense paid trip. IF you do your job well you'll be rewarded. There's also strong support for volunteerism and community connection. It's great to work at a place that cares about supporting charitable organizations and making a positive impact on the community.

Cons

It's not fully a con, but the company is very fast-paced as it's owned by a PE. That's not for everyone and not for the faint at heart.
