Pros
Really nice people and room to grow. I feel my voice makes a difference and I am a valued employee. Fun place to work! Good benefits and a great experience
Cons
Sometimes things change rather quickly and it can be difficult to keep up however, given this is a brand new company I feel it is sort of the “nature of the beast” for unexpected changes. I feel communication between departments could use some improvement, there’s always room to improve but that’s with everywhere.
