Our Wellness Reimbursement program is very popular. Colleagues can get reimbursed for up to $400 per year for things like running shoes, gym memberships and home equipment.

Pros

*Worked here approximately 6 months - Decent Salary - Offer remote work but you need to jump through hoops to get it and they hold it over your head to get you to do extra stuff. - The bank tellers are nice but the rest of the staff are very self-oriented. and culture isn't great unless your senior management

Cons

- if your teams goes away for a minute or 2 (even at lunch) they will bring it up at your annual review and use it to hold out on bonuses - most people are white males at the company and women must work harder to get raises or promotions - Tries to pass off normal work items as benefits - PTO often gets rejected - Will be asked to stay late often with no additional incentive - Upper management takes mistakes out on staff and uses it against them in annual reviews to withhold bonuses -very clicky, upward mobility is not based on performance, but being "in" with the right people at the company
