toxic company to work for

Pros

you get to work with children on medicaid everything is online so you can work from home 100% efax is pretty cool

Cons

literally everything is awful besides the clients. the supervision they advertise is not actually given. out of 36 weeks with the company, I have received 5 hours of supervision because it is always cancelled. they pay less than they say they will and then say its as high as they can go but they can go higher and pay a select few people more. they advertise a bonus but do not give it. most admin are not helpful. the ones that are, are always busy and hard to get ahold of. they do things that are unethical. they try to take away your FMLA by forcing you to work 2 days a week 'in office' while you are on FMLA instead of letting you just heal. they overload you after telling you they will not. they routinely say you are not a team player if you will not work 65+ hours. they do things that are not just unethical but are also illegal. many of the supervisors are just busy bodies that do not have their own children and they believe they would be perfect parents so they treat the parents poorly and try to micromanage their lives. its a terrible thing to do to people. they deserve self determination and respect even if you do not think you would raise your children the same way. if you want to raise children your way, have some, adopt some, or foster some, quit abusing vulnerable families to push your views and opinions.

Pros

- Opportunity due to lack of process/professionalism - Career growth due to turnover and need

Cons

Note: These experiences come from working out of the corporate headquarters. - Toxic environment stemming from senior management - Failure to follow best practices, putting the organization and its services at risk - Culture of ideological exclusion (did not feel comfortable sharing views) - Leaders hired/promoted with little experience

Pros

Good benefits Co workers are okay

Cons

florida one hope Horrible management No support from upper management All about numbers rather than child safety Don’t appreciate employees Hr sucks . If you have an hr issue no point in going to hr because they all side with each other Turn over rate is high because they want to hire so much at the top but refuse to hire support for case management Hiring management positions to dictate instead of help Supervisors don’t know what they they are doing Surprised it wasn’t them instead of Devereux case management Employees state concerns and nothing is done
