Pros

The agency has a good “heart” and there are several dedicated employees that have been around through a lot of change. Upper management is starting to listen to employees more which increases job satisfaction.

Cons

Sometimes the right hand doesn’t talk to the left and messages get mixed up. Increase community outreach and get our name out there. Can be micromanaged at times.

Pros

Pay well. Nice benifits and perks

Cons

Since they hired the Cheif Human Resources officer at this company, the place has gone down hill fast. She doesn't care about the employees under her. She steps on them and treats them like they are unimportant. It isn't very motivating to work for someone who doesn't care about you.

I personally looked into this comment/review and our CHRO does not have trainers reporting into her, nor does our organization have any employees currently, or within the last 2 years, with the title of trainer. We believe this comment was made on our site in error. In addition, One Hope Untied takes seriously the role that managers play in creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where our employees can do their best work. Only then can we have the most positive impact on the children and families we serve. Under the leadership of our Chief Human Resources Officer, we have expanded our initiatives that develop and promote positive manager-employee relationships. Thanks again, Scott Humphrey President & CEO
