We do care about our teammates. Our key value is #risetogether. We have raised customer service rates twice out of pay cycle in the last four years, and recently began more heavily shifting the burden of healthcare for most of our operational teammates more towards the company. With that all said, we are reviewing all employee pay vs. standard ("job architecture") and will make be making changes where it makes the most sense. Long story short, I hear you, and we will continue to try do right by our teammates. Ian

Pros

Easy work. Good benefits. No drug test.

Cons

Communication lacks from management. They don’t always seem like they know what they are doing. Things will always be your fault not theirs.

Pros

I can't think of anything.

Cons

Extremely high stress with way too many metrics and adherence standards to meet. Crap training. Lying about the job expectations to get you to take the position, then pulling the switch. Constant micromanagement. 1 hour of training for an entire procedural overhaul that went live the next day. Everybody is a yes man. All management wants to hear is how great their changes and ideas are. So you either tell them what they want to hear, or you're in danger of losing your job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am genuinely sorry that your time at One Inc did not meet expectations. Customer Service is a demanding role, and when processes, metrics, or change management are not handled well, the impact is felt immediately by frontline teams. Your feedback on training, communication around role expectations, and the pace of procedural change is taken seriously. Those are areas where clarity and preparation matter, and where we must continue to improve. As the company has scaled, we have made adjustments to how we onboard, train, and support customer-facing teams, including more structured training, clearer documentation, and improved manager enablement. That work is ongoing. While this experience was clearly not a good fit for you, we appreciate the feedback and use it to inform improvements for current and future team members. Ian
