They make what should be simple complicated and use a lot of buzz words to try and pull in new prospects but you have to sell to out of touch boomers who don't really want to have to make the switch to digital payments so you're constantly working with stodgy curmudgeons in the insurance world. The software is expensive AF but they milk it from these insurance whales so it flies. Management leads with fear tactics so folks are on edge and it's quickly unpleasant. If you like being judged against your colleagues constantly then this is a good fit for. you. Bunch of people in fear for their jobs so tons of people quit. It's a strange company that struggled to maintain a good culture through Covid. Praise is a limited and criticism is often. I'd keep scrolling and find something with a better culture. It's rather joyless.

Although it is an IT company, there is no understanding how to manage and develop an IT project. The level of engineers is low, from junior to middle, while many of them are 'seniors'. Incompetent management. Lying to employees. Most part of what was said in the interview was a lie.
