They make what should be simple complicated and use a lot of buzz words to try and pull in new prospects but you have to sell to out of touch boomers who don't really want to have to make the switch to digital payments so you're constantly working with stodgy curmudgeons in the insurance world. If you like being judged against your colleagues constantly then this is a good fit for. you. Bunch of people in fear for their jobs so tons of people quit. It's a strange company that struggled to maintain a good culture through Covid. Praise is a limited and criticism is often. I'd keep scrolling and find something with a better culture. It's rather joyless.

Scaling to catch up with the growth seems to be bumpy and challenging resulting in a big workload for people, especially SMEs in the team. New hire onboarding could be more ramped up.
