Pros

occasional free lunch and depending on which office, your colleagues might make working here pretty fun

Cons

- The job duties exponentially increased with no incentive of pay raises since the company only raises your annual wage based on tenure not by merit. - They are expecting MSS to become cross trained to also become Lab Support Specialists (MSS/LSS hybrids) and understand the full scope of LSS workload for an extra dollar - dollar and half hourly raise. While the expectations for LSS did not increase as highly as MSS's; MSS have to be cross-trained through an outside training facility then at One Medical. Only to delay in-house LSS training for existing MSS's, in favor of training the new hires first. - The company is become very metric driven, much like how it is at Amazon Warehouse to the point that morale significantly drops since all the other work we do (that isn't always tracked through metrics) isn't highlighted or recognized. - Patients/ clients are able to treat us however poorly and the company still only values their satisfaction above all else.
