Pros

Incredible, lively, fun work culture. Very conscious about work-life balance (which is rare in DC). All staff are passionate, dedicated, genuine in their desire to help patients. Exciting to be part of a movement (it gives the day-to-day work that much more meaning).

Cons

The company is experiencing some growing pains as it rapidly scales.

Pros

There is unlimited potential to grow and take on more challenging responsibilities. Many of our leaders started in one role and by showing great results and leadership traits were able to take on more and more responsibility. Also, I've worked in healthcare a long time, and fell like One Medical really balances the patient focused aspects of it's mission with the reality of it's need to be a sustainable business.

Cons

Like any company transitioning from start-up to scalable company, the pace of change can be fast and sometimes communication can fall through the cracks. Pros far outweigh the cons, and people are focused on improving it.
