      Most of earnings are cash tips to take home at the end of the night. Very flexible scheduling with advance notice.

      Cons

      Tips vary by shift and by season, can be unpredictable. One Way Valet has lost some of the better locations for valet parking over the last year.

      A lot going on behind the scenes and under the table disconnect and disrespectful interactions with managers and accounting late on paychecks as well as a tax on the tips for management
