Pros

Great work environment, company invested a lot into the employees work space.

Cons

Veterans making all the money typically. Very difficult to start out and to get your own clients. Pay is very mediocre for bay area.

Pros

Profitable company with diversity investments. Socially responsible and inclusive. Definitely wrapped up in socio political topics if thats important to you.

Cons

Nepotism is everywhere in the Design department. If you are "in" with the top leadership, you will be promoted and given raises consistently. There are a handful of employees that are the "chosen" for private jet trips, work design travel trips and awards over and over again. There are NO cost of living raises or performance salary increases. You must change your title to receive increases on any level. You may over perform in your current title, have amazing reviews but there is never compensation for success. So you either change your title thru a subway map of different positions or quit.

Pros

Very process oriented. Top down management. Leadership will implement change on your behalf. They will make sure to keep your ego in check with a salary that leaves a lot to be desired.

Cons

The level of nepotism is over the top. Every process has a process and they are constantly changing, to the point where not even management can keep up. New tasks/responsibilities are constantly being added while compensation stays the same. They preach diversity and equity but do not implement it.
