Pros

Cons

Veterans making all the money typically. Very difficult to start out and to get your own clients. Pay is very mediocre for bay area.

Pros

A great atmosphere and really good team. A fast paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment. A lot of diverse opportunities there.

Cons

The onboarding process was pretty bad and it leaves new employees really struggling which is why the high turn over for newer employees. Still run by the older generation and there is a very obvious work gap.

Pros

Great profit sharing program, great environment to work and great perks

Cons

Terrible work/life balance, no training, no proper upper management to talk to for review or assessment. Need to hire more people, strenuous work load and no respect for hard-work.
