I've become friends with many of my colleagues and I love coming in to work and enjoy working with people who share the same interest as passion

Cons

Job is hard and not for everyone. A lot of pressure and a lot of deadlines. Not sure where to company is headed.

I love my job. I have been given the opportunity to grow. Great team culture. Fellow employees are fun to work with. Strong managers and forward looking. Generous profit sharing program. Great environment to work in.

Some people are resistant to using tools and technology that are available.

Innovative office space that is used as a working showroom for client tours. The employees are great. Family owned business, so there is less of a corporate feel. Ownership truly does care about their employees.

Cons

Lack of management support to pursue professional development. No consistency in employee compensation and reviews. Some initiatives that are launched don't seem to be followed through.
