Pros

Innovative office space that is used as a working showroom for client tours. The employees are great. Family owned business, so there is less of a corporate feel. Ownership truly does care about their employees.

Cons

Lack of management support to pursue professional development. No consistency in employee compensation and reviews. Some initiatives that are launched don't seem to be followed through.

OWP has a well deserved reputation as an industry leader. Our work is full of constant challenges and opportunity for individual creativity and expression.

As with any employer, it can take some time to get to know everyone and all the procedures required and resources that are available
