Pros

Access to some of the best opportunities, great brand reputation, beautiful facilities, many best-of-breed groups

Cons

Extremely difficult to be outside of the office/bay area, very diverse business centers that not all leaders actually understand what they oversee, hard to move info between groups and work collaboratively on projects (each team wants to run things their way rather than as a combined front)

Pros

Awesome owners, transparency, fun perks like BBQ's, etc. Profit sharing is great. Good people, nice office.

Cons

Pay is too low- not even market rate. No formal review process. Have to fight for a salary increase. The nepotism is beyond ridiculous!
