This hotel does not care about their employees. It used to be a great company to work for but in the last few years, all of the experienced and trained managers and supervisors have quit to work with newer more modern hotels. The new managers and supervisors are all young, new to the hotel business and are ridiculously arrogant. They give you "Company discounts" but I booked a room for me and my mom to stay in for 2 nights. A few days before our reservation I was called to HR. They decided to terminate my contract. I was in disbelief and while I sat at the desk crying, the HR manager grabbed my hand and held the pen in it to make sure I signed my "resignation" so that they didnt have to pay me anything.
