Everything else. Most people go around without doing anything. Most of the managers with no hotel experience. Not organised at all

Salary paid on time. Opportunities for promotion (but not growth). 2 days off per week.

Cons

Lack of resources. Lack of organization. Lack of training. Too much micromanagement and no macromanagement. No effort from higher management to hold standards and offer 5 star quality service.

Meal signage in restaurants, holidays, flexible when I told them I wanted to keep my passport as they hold onto passports which is against the law

Cons

GM does nothing but consume. All the management on property level are French so it's like a gang of Frenchies running the show in UAE. Lack of diversity and french gang culture.
