You start at 15$ I've been here 7 years and I've gotten only 2$ over the span of 7 years! Guess who else is hiring at 15$ an hour? Target, Salem's and other non medical type jobs. I'm currently looking for a new job. They treat you like a slave and understaff your. Supervisors and big management only cares about themselves and are clueless.

Management could use a better understanding of what people do in the lab before they make executive decisions because they think they know what they are doing but in reality, they don't work in the lab every day and make extremely poor decisions. Titles don't mean squat if you aren't knowledgeable about more than one thing. Also, there are super childish people there. You would think you were in HS again. Should be more open to taking insights/opinions for people throughout the company
