Pros

great benefits, easy to move up within the company just not in the lab, and easy way to start off in the medical field.

Cons

a lot favoritisms. if you're not willing to suck up to the boss, you'll have a hard time. hard to move up within the lab.

Pros

I learned a lot at OneBlood. I hope that I fid another job that I enjoy as much.

Cons

It's a big company and sometimes you feel like your input and hard work are taken for granted while someone who doesn't do their job gets the same compensation or reward.
