Merger of the worst traits of each blood center to form OneBlood

Pros

I suppose the salary would be the only positive I can think of. Everything else got worse after this merger.

Cons

Terrible senior management. No communication unless it is to pat themselves on the back for a job half-done. CIO constantly brags about his time as a "consultant" as if it is relevant. Supervisors and managers who will not respond to emails. Forced switched to the worst insurance provider in Florida. Smaller contributions to retirement.

Friends, break time, lunch and bathrooms are clean

Cons

Everything from Executives to lower management. Supervisors always looking for a way to write up and get rid of a staff they don't like. Old management was not like this but they were promoted and new managemen was hired. These supervisors needs to grow up and mature. A lot of staff have left and there are more to come until something is done about the management. The new HR is a big joke too. Run from this company
