      Pros

      This was a very good place to get my foot in the door. They were very generous paying for things like CEBS but I'm not sure if that will continue. Fairly relaxed pace most of the year, I was not overburdened with accounts.

      Cons

      There is no advancement beyond a few extra $$ a year unless you want to move into sales. We as Account Managers were pushed hard to sell. Seemed like we must have been hard up for money? The team structure means there is really nowhere to go, gradually your boss might get bigger Accounts and distribute between your coworkers. Also, they are HARDCORE in the office part time. And lots of very fake corporate cheer.
