      Bad company growing by leaps and bounds

      Pros

      If you’re an Executive it pays very well.

      Cons

      You get to see your non-doctor boss turn millions of dollars of sick people’s medicine money into their personal profits. Also, the work involves facilitating a lot of healthcare “rebates” between pharma companies and insurance companies out of public view.

      Pros

      - Everyone was sweet... at first - Enough personal space - There was ice cream once, I believe

      Cons

      - Literally everything else - The position was marketed as once thing & the reality was something else - Coworkers were pretty rude, didn’t seem like people enjoyed talking to each other at all - My supervisors were rude too. They wouldn’t even come to the office most of the time. They’d tell me to come in the next day so they can give me my tasks for the day and then just not be there.... and no one else would have any other information. So communication was definitely not a thing here. This happened several times. - No training whatsoever
