      Nothing spectacular...could be worse

      Pros

      Pay for cell phone reimbursement, lots of paid holidays (which is becoming industry standard), philanthropic company always looking to participate in programs, decent vacation time. Adam's video messages are very heartfelt and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Horrible 401k employer matching, didn't supply stipends for work materials during Covid19 work from home, raises are minimal.

      You are not micro managed and management seems to really care

      Cons

      For being in the industry, benefits aren’t that great and merit increases do not reflect how hard you work throughout the year. They like to be conservative and only offer cost of living increases instead of increases that people deserve.
