      Corporate vs satellite offices totally different experience

      Pros

      Great company at the corporate level. Not so much at the satellite offices. Flexibility and good benefits package. Casual environment. Nice office. Location of the satellite office was good. Great clients. Allowed to do your job with minimal involvement from management, however they were not available when you did need them. See Cons.

      Cons

      Corporate office is disengaged from the satellite offices. The satellite offices are not run like the corporate office and they are not included in corporate events. Lawrenceville GA office bad management that is disengaged and middle school mentality from co-workers. Toxic environment.

      Lots of parties and alcohol. Being sarcastic!!!

      An absolute sweat shop!!! Constantly expecting more and more out of their employees. They provide unlimited PTO; however, in order to keep your head above water, you need to work nights and weekends. A lot of good unlimited PTO does. The stress level is extremely high and you are not valued or respected by management. The Consultants are prima donnas. They do very little and lack substance. The management team has no idea how to encourage and lead employees. They have completely lost the meaning of client relationships.
