      Pros

      I have been working at Digital for almost half a year, and I am really enjoying my time here. The company has an incredible work environment and a fun culture. Every day is a celebration and employees are treated very well - catered breakfasts every other Friday, fun work parties, great benefits, and an encouraging leadership team. Hard work is noticed and rewarded, which is very satisfying.

      Pros

      After becoming a first time mom, Digital has been a great company to work for. They have always been understanding in terms of appointments and providing a flexible schedule. While our country is behind the times on maternity leave, Digital more than makes up for that with a welcoming environment for working mothers and/or fathers. Any parent knows this benefit is priceless. This is one of the many reasons I'm happy to be working for Digital.

      Pros

      I have worked for Digital almost 3.5 years now and really enjoy coming to work every day. I have a great manager and team, and there are really awesome people that work here all around. My work is interesting, I am still learning new things and I have independence to complete tasks how I see fit. At the end of the day, I know mine and my team's efforts are an important contribution to the company as a whole. Digital offers a very nice benefits package, flexible time off allowance, a new charitable matching program, and pay-day breakfast every other week. They invest in employees through leadership program opportunities and offer resources available in the program, to all employees to utilize at their convenience. Additionally, I have complete confidence that our executive team is proactive, knowledgeable and highly capable of leading the company in an ever-evolving industry. I am very thankful for the time I have spent here and the personal and professional growth opportunities Digital has afforded me!

      Cons

      Digital has experienced tremendous growth the past few years and with that, naturally comes a few growing pains. With the growth, some systems/processes could benefit from adjustments. However, these are definitely things that can be managed with time and effort. Growth and being busy are ultimately good things in my book. So it’s all a matter a perspective :)
