      you can run your job and clients the way you see fit,

      Cons

      there is no real training here, its learn as you go, and hope you know what your doing when you get here. no structure, no crm system, nothing to help you other than coworkers that are to busy and stressed out. you better be 100% self sufficient. for a tech based company their tech is non existent. and you better love the heck out of salesforce, but expect ZERO training on how to use salesforce for their system and processes.
