      Company cares significantly about employees, cares about work/life balance.

      Cons

      Can be a little bureaucratic/slow to make changes to existing processes, but changes and new ideas are welcome.

      Working in Willis Tower was THE only benefit of working here.

      Cons

      Awful pay and false promises of commissions. During AEP they make you work Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm and have zero mercy for you. Management treats you like a child and as if you are just a number. They make you CRAM for an exam the first week you are there and then send you home unpaid if you don't pass. CEO is seriously mentally ill. Worst job I have ever worked in my life.
