If you're considering a job at One Digital, think again. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Let's dive into the atrocities I endured while working for this sham of a company. First and foremost, One Digital operates on deceit and exploitation. From day one, it was evident that the company cared more about its bottom line than the well-being of its employees. They lured us in with promises of a competitive salary and great benefits, but it was all smoke and mirrors. Instead, we were subjected to endless hours of mind-numbing work with little to no support from management. But that's not even the worst part. One Digital's shady business practices extend beyond just mistreating their employees. They engage in illegal insurance sales, putting both their clients and employees at risk. It's appalling that a company would stoop so low for profit, and it's high time they're held accountable for their actions. In conclusion, working at One Digital was a soul-sucking experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. If you value your sanity and integrity, steer clear of this dumpster fire of a company.
