Pros

Great work/life balance - No expectations to get on after work hours. Very flexible for telework - We get 2 days per week which is amazing. I had to get knee surgery last year and I was allowed to work as necessary from home. Competitive Pay/Benefits - Have really great health benefits and competitive offer Tech talks/fun events - We have monthly tech talks in which we share a tech topic. And also have fun events like soccer, bowling etc.

Great company to work for! I have really enjoyed my experience working for One Globe. The employees are a lot of fun to work/problem solve with. With a lot of opportunity to learn new tech and grow your career plus competitive pay/benefits I can't see leaving anytime soon.

Cons

Can be difficult to keep up if you are not self motivated
