      Pros

      This is a fast growing company with many talented people. For motivated individuals, it’s a great place to be; a great place to learn and advance in your career. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. Terrific health and professional development benefits. For me, it's been a great place to learn and grow with people I love to work with.

      Cons

      It's fast paced. Not really a "con" but a reality: you'll be expected to learn new things and become a self-sufficient contributor.

      Pros

      I've been at OneGlobe for about a year and I am very happy working here. I work with some very talented people and the work is rewarding. OneGlobe offers generous opportunities for professional growth, competitive salaries, great benefits package, telework flexibility (depending on the project), and frequent social events. Management is available and open to feedback. If you put in the effort here, you will be recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      I'll echo the other reviewer who mentioned growing pains. OneGlobe grew quickly, and it took a while for some of the company policies and practices to catch up with that growth. However, I can honestly say that management is listening and has taken steps to address any concerns I've had about this.

      Beware of false reviews from human resources

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. The benefits were ok, nothing to brag about. The HR team is nice, nothing like the managers.

      Cons

      The managers are not knowledgeable nor are they great leaders. They come off very rude to other contract companies and even their staff in front of other people. The managers need more people training to bud their people skills. Be sure to know the good people to tell you the truth about thrength of their contracts.
