Pros
I have worked at OneMagnify for about a year and over the course of that year, I have been able to grow in my role and scope of my responsibilities, expand my skillset, and the company has made investments in my training. OneMagnify also has a tuition reimbursement program I have been able to take advantage of. The CEO is incredibly concerned about the well-being of OneMagnify employees and has just in the last year implemented a Diversity and Inclusion Council and went above and beyond to communicate with employees regarding the state of the business during Covid-19 and protect the safety and wellness of our team members. The Charlotte office has a great culture of community service, supporting my work at Ronald McDonald House and participating in other local service events including Operation Sandwich.

I think sometimes in an effort to be kind to employees, we miss opportunities to provide critical feedback that can help people develop.
