Pros

Remote work and the CEO is kind that’s about it

Cons

Low salary, almost no growth opportunities. Most people I worked with had been with the company a long time and their career is most likely ending right where they were at when they got hired. Nobody gets a bonus or a raise, the company forces you to track your time using multiple softwares. Can’t speak much for anyone on the marketing or business side as those people generally seemed to be having a good time but the entire digital/analytics team is miserable.

Pros

Coworkers are cool, it’s a nice work atmosphere

Cons

The company has a low compensation package compared to other companies. I personally get no bonus and my hard work is noticed but my salary does not increase accordingly. Promotions also seem to be non existent. There is lack of direction from leadership and no training opportunities.

Nothing really anymore. Not the same company it once was.

Cons

Don’t be fooled and don’t waste your time working here. You’ll get no recognition, no compensation increase worth anything and they’ll lie to your face, without batting an eyelash.
