-Terrible about updating SOPs and interdepartmental communication -Upper management has a track record of lying to employees regarding internal changes that affect their employment -Several managers have come to have a reputation of keeping some employees from moving between departments.

Lots of walk-ins, bonus is not very good especially when you look at how low the hourly pay is. Competitors pay more
