Pros

Salary good but the financial industry is not very reliable right now. Benefits decent, opportunities for advancement, but industry unsteady...

Cons

Very little support but alot of pressure to sell sell sell. Lots of National regulation for loan originators. Company downsizing and getting rid of jobs and offices.
