The benefits were decent and there are some great people working here. Having the majority of my weekends to myself. Still doing business in local communities as opposed to centralized 800 #'s for customers only to talk to recordings and automated systems.

Cons

Too much turbulence and uncertainty. Lack of job security regardless of how well you perform and how much you've contributed. Opportunities for advancement has become increasingly limited - BM and above. The company preaches customers first, yet some practices would indicate otherwise. I'm expected to perform miracles and be scorned if I iddn't

Low pay Expected to work for free. No real bonuses even when selling persnal loans at 30% or more, Home loans upward at 20% and you tack on 10 to 30 percent of amount financed in insurance fees.
