Pros
Citifinancial the company in general goes by the rule and there's professionalism, great opportunities if you consider yourself and are a good sales person than the sky will be the limit, good benefits package, sick and personal days and of course paid vacation after a year.
Cons
Like in any job depending if you're lucky or not you may get a not so great manager and gossiping co-workers but if you like to gossip unlike me then you won't consider this a downfall. If you're not great in sales like in any sales job you won't receive bonuses, advancement, and you will feel the pressure from not meeting your goals there is no excuse even if we know that sales aren't the same anymore.
